General Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale

Xing An International Inc., dba Raintec Umbrella, strongly advise customers and other concerned parties to read our General Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale.

1.     Prices F.O.B. Warehouse in South El Monte, California.

2.       Price Changes All prices are subject to change but orders will not be processed without prior authorization from customer.

3.      Processing Time Varies to shipping method, order size and shipping point, it takes most orders approximately 1 to 5 business days to process. Once the order is finalized, it will be shipped in 1 to 5 business days.

4.      Shipping All shipments are shipped best way unless we are notified to follow specific instructions. Shipments will be made to purchaser's address unless another shipping address is provided in writing.

o        PO Changes: Any changes to PO must be made 5 days prior to scheduled ship date.

o        Drop ships: This option is available at no additional cost. However, full information about the customer will be required and a minimum order of $350.00 must still be fulfilled per drop ship. Please indicate in the final submission stage, in the comment(s) area that you wish to drop ship that particular order.

5.      Returns May do so within 15 days from receipt of merchandise. Customers will bear the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

6.      Claims Must be reported within 15 working days from receipt of merchandise and must have our RTA # prominently displayed. We reserve the right to turn away returns/claims not reported within our time frame.

7.      Warranty Information We will repair or replace any defective umbrellas returned to us prepaid. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Abuse and misuse are not covered. Warranty returns must have our RTA# prominently displayed.

8.      California Customers Must fill up and submit a valid California Resale Certificate which forms can be requested from us. If not provided, corresponding CA sales tax will be added.

9.      Samples For in-stock items only.

10.  Made to Order All orders considered complete with +/-5% overrun or underrun.

11.  Pre-Production Proofs Rain Umbrellas: $60.00 Set up fee per color.

12.  Re-Order Setup / Screen $30 per color; per design; within 18 months of prior order. Art saved 18 months.

13.  Delivery Time is quoted from date of receipt of order, camera-ready art and terms.

14.  Cancellations/Restocking 20% of order cost. No cancellation on imprinted merchandise.

15.  Governing Law/Dispute Resolution Any sales, contract or dispute shall be governed by the laws of California (except as pertaining to conflicts of law). The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the federal and/or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for all claims arising out of or relating to this contract.
